So you have come to a point where you wrongfully spended your stats? Or would you just like to change name?
If that's the case you may request a reset and/or name change.
Send us your request at 'statsreset at devilsheaven.eu'. Note that we do not accept requests made on the forum.
Included in the email must be your exact nickname, your current level, the server you play on and what you'd like to see changed. You will of course keep your current level.
Please note that it's not meant to abuse this system because you want to "test" things out so badly and then turns out bad. Doing so results in ignoring your future requests altogether.
Also, we do not reply to request mails. You may get an automated reply, but we do not reply our selfs.
Please be aware that your requests may take up 1 or 2 days at highest as we do have another game called Real Life.
